Blayne Ledger graduated from a Bachelor of Laws in 1995 and completed the degree in less than three years instead of the normal four years.
Blayne is not the common lawyer with just a law degree. Blayne has always sought to distinguish himself from other lawyers. To do so Blayne has acquired more University Degrees and Qualifications than most University Professors currently teaching law, let alone other practicing solicitors.
Blayne obtained these qualifications so as to pass on the benefit of the extra knowledge to his clients thereby ensuring clients receive a high standard of advice.

Besides the above qualifications Blayne has been Practicing Law since 1996 when he commenced his employment at the Surfers Paradise office of a Law Firm which also had offices at Brisbane and Mt Gravatt.
At the firm Blayne mainly serviced the needs of the Firm's largest client in acting in and conducting, commercial litigation, property transactions including property leasing, conveyancing of commercial and prestigious residential properties, and also in the establishment and purchase, and sale of retail stores, and providing other general commercial advice.
In 1998 Blayne resigned from the Surfers Paradise firm and became part owner of the newly established firm Ledger & Nguyen Lawyers.
In January 2002 Blayne elected to dissolve the partnership and thus in March 2002 the partnership dissolved whereby Blayne became the sole principal of the firm Ledger & Nguyen Lawyers which is known as Ledger Commercial & Property Lawyers.
Besides the above, Blayne holds and has held seats on a number of boards including The Surfers Paradise Australian Rules Junior Football Club Inc, is currently Vice President of the Gold Coast Junior Chamber of Commerce Inc, and is past president of the Gold Coast Junior Chamber of Commerce for the years 2000 and 2001 in which the club was resurrected financially.

Virginia is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. Virginia is originally from Sydney, moved to the small country town of Taree in northern New South Wales and then relocated to Queensland in 1999.
Virginia has extensive experience in commercial and residential conveyancing in both Queensland and New South Wales. As well commercial leasing, sales and purchases of commercial businesses, handling deceased estate administration, wills and power of attorneys.
Virginia delivers a "hands" on approach in relation to conveyancing matters in that she looks after her client's matters personally. She manages her clients with direct contact to discuss their individual requirements, related personal needs and concerns. Her personal touch is a welcome comfort to her clients as unlike other law firms often directing clients to unqualified paralegal staff, Virginia prides herself on managing her clients requirements herself.
